Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans later?

Of course. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

How does pricing work? Are there per-user fees?

No per-user fees. Venvera uses flat-rate pricing per organisation. Basic includes up to 10 users, Professional up to 50, and Enterprise is unlimited.

What frameworks are included in each tier?

Accepted Answer

Basic includes the 4 EU essentials: DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials. Professional adds ISO 27001 and the EU AI Act (6 frameworks total). Enterprise unlocks all 15: the above plus SOC 2, NIST CSF 2.0, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC 2.0, NDPA (UAE), and UAE IA.

Is SSO available on every plan?

Yes. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace single sign-on are included on every tier - even the trial. SSO enforcement (blocking password-based sign-in) is available from Professional.

When does cross-framework control mapping apply?

Accepted Answer

Any time your plan includes more than one framework, which is every paid tier. Basic already covers 4 frameworks, so an access control you implement for ISO 27001 automatically satisfies the equivalent DORA and NIS2 controls.

What happens when my trial ends?

You will be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry.

Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure in Amsterdam. AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, isolated tenant keys.
